By accessing or using LogIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

LogIQ is currently in development. We are collecting early access signups and plan to launch a service that allows aircraft owners to digitally backup, organize, and share their aircraft logs.

3. Early Access

By signing up for early access, you:

  • Understand the Service is not yet available
  • Agree to receive updates about the Service launch
  • May receive invitations to beta testing
  • Acknowledge that features may change before launch

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LogIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LogIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Data Responsibility

While we strive to provide secure storage, you are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your original aircraft logs. LogIQ should be used as a supplementary backup, not as the sole repository for your important documents.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through email notification.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
